R.O.C.K started his elementary education in Liberia and later moved to Ghana during the 2002 civil war in Liberia.​

He discovered his hidden talent in music when he was in Junior High School in Ghana. He then became a songwriter and continued to the Senior High School.

Actual studio recordings and performances started  during his time at the University (University of Education, Winneba- Ghana).

He later graduated as a trained teacher.

Currently, he is teaching at the Senior High Level and doing music at the same time.
